Quick & Easy Weeknight Essential Dinner Ideas

In a busy household we know that we need dinner on the table, and we go back to these family favorites because they are easy, we usually have the ingredients on hand, and we always have plates pretty much licked clean.

WE LOVE TO MAKE 4 MAIN INGREDIENTS RECIPES

This Chicken Adobo dish is simple and you need apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and chicken thighs. This taste great over a bed of greens for a tasty chicken salad!

For this dish, I makes sure I have Pasta, Tuna, Lemon, Green Peas, and if I have some on hand sun-dried tomatoes, I throw that in too. I also squeeze the juice of 1 Lemon onto the Tuna Fish, along with the Lemon Zest. I add cooked frozen peas to this dish. It's great in the Spring and Summer!

Even if you don't have cherry tomatoes, this Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad still is a winner at our home.  We make it with Penne Pasta, Caesar Dressing, Romaine Lettuce, and Parmesan Cheese.

Greek Plain Yogurt? Check. Self-Rising Flour? Check. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and Tomato Sauce, and you're on your way to make home-made pizza as fast as frozen pizza!

I usually cut down this recipe for Spaghetti all Carbonara to 1/2 lb dry spaghetti and 2 large eggs with 4-5 Slices of bacon and I don't usually have Pecorino, so I just use Parmigiano-Reggiano.

This is one of the simplest recipes. Use this oven roasted chicken for salads, wraps, with rice, in a chicken chili, or over pasta.

I usually make this classic oven roasted chicken. Take Chicken Thighs, Legs, Pieces, Sprinkle Salt & Pepper and place in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30+ minutes until the juices run clear.
